At When Life Gets Too Hard, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.
1. The 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a strict 30-day refund window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this 30-day period will be automatically denied, without exception.
2. Digital Product Access & Revocation
Because our products are delivered digitally, special conditions apply to refunds to prevent fraud and intellectual property theft.
- Immediate Revocation: Upon the processing of a refund, all access to the digital product, membership areas, software licenses, and private communities will be immediately and permanently revoked.
- Destruction of Materials: By requesting a refund, you legally agree to delete and destroy any downloaded materials, PDFs, videos, or software associated with the refunded purchase from all your personal devices.
- Usage Logs: We reserve the right to review system logs. If our systems indicate that the digital product was fully consumed, downloaded in its entirety, or utilized in a manner inconsistent with a "trial" evaluation before the refund request, we reserve the right to deny the refund at our sole discretion.
3. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We take friendly fraud and unwarranted chargebacks very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or bank without first contacting our support team to seek a resolution under this policy, your account will be immediately suspended. We will submit this legally binding Refund Policy, along with your IP address, timestamped purchase records, and usage logs, to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request within the 30-day window, please contact our support team directly. Do not reply to automated receipt emails.
